All PPE wheel nuts are CNC machined in original colors which allow you to see the state of the art of our machining skill. CNC machined threads are perfectly cut with smooth thread matching which ensures all tightening torque converts to clamping force to the maximum.

Wheel Seat Protection

Each wheel nut is in composite constructions with multiple types of material. With our special hard anodized floating seats (collar), you can be sure every fitment will be at the center of the nut seat without damaging the wheel nut at the same time.

Detachable Waterproof End Caps

 

Free for users' choice of through-hole lug nuts for long studs, or capped wheel nuts waterproof setup for road use. One design works for both. Choice of colored caps and custom engraved end caps available.

PPE wheel nuts not only look good but also reduce unsprung weight. Each Titanium wheel nut weighs less than 20 grams each. All-wheel nuts components are machined to close tolerance for perfect fitments and wheel nut seat mating, ensure no loose fits scenario occurs.

Wheel Studs Conversion Kit

 

PPE wheel studs conversion kit converts different wheel bolt types to wheel nut types installation. This makes much faster wheel change and strength improvements against bolt setups. Extended studs conversion allows the usage of spacers with the flexibility of offset adjustments which most racers needed. Our stud material is made by ultra-lightweight high strength aerospace grade titanium alloy, which achieves a yield strength of over 1000MPa.

Light Weight Hollow Section And Ventilated Design

 

High strength alloy or titanium with advanced engineering skills allow all studs sections hollow with side hole ventilation. Enabling hot air to be expelled from inside the hub through hollow sections which also provide extra weight saving constructions.

Typical weight of an M12x1.5 stud (fits old BMW/Mercedes/Renault) is less than 18 grams, M14 stud (fits new BMW/Mercedes/Audi/Porsche) roughly at 24 grams

Extended Lengths

Studs come with two lengths, standard length, and extended length. The standard length has an extended length of +5mm comparing to OEM bolt lengths, allow the addition of 5mm spacers, extended allow a maximum of 20mm of spacers added between the wheel and wheel hub.
